How to cancel
Cancelling Enthalpy takes two taps. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, then it stops. We don't ask why, we don't show a retention offer, and we don't require an email.
Profile → Plan & billing
Open your profile, then tap Plan & billing.
Tap Cancel plan, confirm
One confirm screen. Press Yes, cancel and you're done.
Cancel your plan?
Your paid features end on the end of this period. You keep them until then.
Your notes stay yours either way.
That's it.
Your notes, flashcards, marks and progress are never deleted — not when you cancel, not after. You can read and export them forever, and resubscribe any time. Cancelling never requires emailing or calling us.
Before every payment
We email you three days before each renewal, with a one-click cancel link. Every time. No exceptions.
The notice and the confirmation both go to the guardian email on the account, so the person holding the card is never surprised by a charge.
